Payment Terms
All bookings are subject to a one off placement fee of £40.*
All fees must be paid in £ GBP Sterling. You must also pay any bank charges incurred and a 5% charge on credit cards. A deposit of 1 weeks homestay fee + administration fee is required to secure the booking. Full payment is required 2 weeks before commencement of the homestay. Long term homestay payment plans are by arrangement only.
All cancellations, withdrawals or changes should be submitted in writing at least 2 weeks in advance and must be confirmed by Cambridge Host Family. Deposit and administration fees are non-refundable. If a student wishes to move homestay for their own personal reasons then an additional administration fee may be charged.
